Saturday, February 6, 2010 marks the 60th anniversary of President Reagan's 39th birthday. But on February 4, 1983, two days before his birthday, the President was surprised by Nancy Reagan 10 minutes into a formal question and answer session with reporters in the White House with a birthday cake.
